Payment is via PayPal (credit cards accepted) or International Money Order. No cash or personal checks.
- Shipping: All orders placed here are subject to product availability. Shipping is from Florida via USPS (U.S. Postal Service). Shipping time is 3 to 5 business days AFTER payment has cleared. If required, Shipping will apply after manufacturing and may take up to 5-10 business days. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays. (UPS/FedEx by request.)
- Shipping calculated on the total dollar amount. Shipping and handling charges are visible in your shopping cart at checkout. (Florida addresses will see a 7% sales tax.)
- International Orders: Please send us an email and give us your order items, person to ship to, complete address, and country, and we will forward an invoice immediately. If you want your order to be insured and able to be tracked or traced, then please tell us that too, and the cost will be added to your invoice.
- International: Shipping and customs forms for international orders will reflect the value of each item in the order. Shipments outside the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once shipment reaches your country. These charges for customs duties, VAT, any clearance fees or any other charges are not in our control. These taxes or fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies are different in many countries, so check with your local customs office for more information.
- Additional shipping charges do not apply to APO/FPO addresses, as these are considered USPS domestic mail.
- If your order is going to be delayed due to out-of-stock items, weather conditions or any other factor, you will be notified by email within 48 hours of your order being shipped.
- Returns: Only if order is defective or the wrong item . Exchange only. Item must be in unused condition and in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping plus a $3.95 re-stocking fee. (USA only.) International & USA: Contact us within 10 days for instructions and limitations.
Reggae Report Back Issue Magazines & Calendars:
- Shipping and handling of U.S. orders are included in the price of the Back Issue. and Calendar. For information on international rates, please forward your inquiry to Back-Issue@reggaereport.com.
- There are no returns of Back Issues or Calendars.
Promo Print Orders:
- Shipping: Promo Print orders includes free shipping & handling in USA only. or information on international rates, please forward your inquiry to PromoPriints@reggaereport.com.
- If you have a question about your order, or it has not yet arrived, contact us through Customer Service and someone will get in touch as soon as possible.
- Promo Prints are surrounded by 2 inserts and placed inside standard envelope or cardboard box.
- Returns: Returns accepted for incorrect photo orders (U.S. orders only); no refunds, only exchanges, within 10 days from shipping date. If you are missing any item or received a wrong item, send us an email with the following: Your name and mailing address, the order number, the items you were supposed to receive, the items you received in error, or the items you are missing. We will reply with instructions and an address where you can return your order.
- Shipping: Poster shipping rates will vary on the size of the order.
- Posters are packaged in protective wrapping and shipped rolled or flat, depending on size and final destination. Posters shipped flat are in protective wrapping and surrounded by 2 inserts and placed inside a standard envelope. Rolled posters are shipped with protective wrapping and placed inside tube. Do not tear protective wrapping, as this could result in damaged contents. Reggae Report is not responsible for and will not replace an item damaged during unpacking. Use caution when opening your package.
- Returns: We only accept returns for incorrect poster orders (U.S. orders only.) If you are missing any item or received a wrong item, send us an email with the following: Your name and mailing address, the order number, the items you were supposed to receive, the items you received in error, or the items you are missing. We will reply with instructions and an address for you to return your order. We only process only exchanges within 10 days from the order date.
Vinyl / CDs /Cassettes:
- Shipping Vinyl: Packaged with stiffeners and bubble wrap in a sturdy box, via Media Mail.
- Shipping CDs/Cassettes: Packaged with bubble wrap in sturdy envelope, via Media Mail.
- Allow up to 15 business days for Media Mail. First Class mail available upon request.
- Because there is no developed ‘standard’ of condition ranking, it is our policy not to make any statements that guarantee condition.
- International Orders: Reggae Report will NOT be able to reimburse you for or replace any items or orders that go missing or get damaged by being shipped through international mail.
- Note that certain items will be available to select international countries.
- Delivery dates are not guaranteed, however, our goal is to make sure your order arrives as soon as possible.
